As much as I love penne with vodka sauce, I am intrigued by the calimari!!! Did you cook this yourself or was it a purchase? It looks so good. Tofu dressing? Perhaps you have a recipe?


The calamari were sold whole, already cooked (boiled). I just sliced them up and threw away the sauce packet it came with (some kind of mustard sauce- yuck).
The dressing is just half a block of silken tofu thrown in a blender with a little olive oil, ponzu, pepper, and a few anchovies. A little bit like Caesar dressing.
